EnviroMission successfully acquired majority control of US based SolarMission Technologies Inc., in December 2008 to place EnviroMission at the helm of global Solar Tower development.

EnviroMission (USA) Inc, a 100% owned subsidiary of EnviroMission, was incorporated in 2009 to lead EnviroMission's strategic intent for Solar Tower development in the US.

Based in Arizona, EnviroMission (USA) Inc. is well located to lead the commercialisation of Solar Tower technology in the southwest solar belt of the US to benefit from the incentives and positive energy policies in that market.

EnviroMission's global development focus evolved from a need to increase development advantages and opportunities for the Australian Solar Tower concept beyond the limits of available incentives to renewable energy developers in Australia.
