1. How are EnviroMission shares purchased in Australia?
EnviroMission ordinary shares are quoted on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), share code EVM; shares may be purchased through a broker or through a personal share trading account. Shareholders are encouraged to register to receive email alerts of company announcements or media releases via the EnviroMission website. EnviroMission company announcements are posted to the EnviroMission website following release to the ASX.

2. How are EnviroMission shares purchased in the USA?
EnviroMission has an American Depository Receipt program that is sponsored by the Bank of New York Mellon - America's oldest and largest custodian bank (the Bank of New York Mellon is not a retail bank). EnviroMission's ADR price is quoted on Pink Sheets (Code EVOMY) www.pinksheets.com Pink Sheets is an electronic over the counter (OTC) trading platform.

3. Why are shares in the USA a different price to the ASX quoted price?
The American Depository Receipt program is offered on a 20:1 ratio, ie each EVOMY American Depository Receipt is equal to 20 ordinary EVM securities as they are quoted on the ASX.

4. Does owning an American Depository Receipt make me a registered EnviroMission shareholder?
All EnviroMission shares represented as American Depository Receipts are held in the name of ANZ Nominees (or other custodian bank) for Bank of New York Mellon. The Bank of New York Mellon issue the EnviroMission American Depository Receipt (EVOMY) in the USA. Holders of American Depository Receipts are encouraged to register to receive email alerts of company announcements or media releases via the EnviroMission website. EnviroMission company announcements are posted to the Pink Sheets and EnviroMission websites following release to the ASX.

5. What is the issued capital of EnviroMission?
The number of Ordinary Shares on issue is: 563,422,681 (as at 2 November, 2016)
